Holy frijoles! Youtube has one of Jewel Staite's Are You Afraid of the Dark episodes! *squees* "The Tale of Watcher's Woods." It scared me peeless when I was a kid, lol.


I already watched Aaron Ashmore's episode. A friend of mine posted screencaps of the episode in her journal a few months back and I couldn't remember it at all. Watching it brought it all back though.


Now I miss my show. *sniffle* It would come on Snick right before bed and sometimes I'd lay awake, completely terrified. I remember the "Crimson Clown" episode made my brother cry. Poor baby brother.

i remember Jewel's episode! Did you know she was in two? The other was about a painting or something. I think people would get trapped in their paintings or something?

Like vehiclesshockme said, "The Tale of the Thirteenth Floor." It's the one where the aliens set up a "toy factory" in the top floor of a kid's building because they want to take the girl with them. I saw screencaps and just couldn't remember the episode but once I was actually watching it, I got hit with the "duh" stick.

I looked for the painting one Jewel was in but they didn't have it. That's okay because I liked "Watcher's Woods" way better. But I remember the painting one had ballet dancers in it and I can't help but think that it would've been cool if Summer Glau had been playing one of them. :P
