Yikes. I'm extremely sorry to anyone I've distressed with my current series. I realize now that it's really not all that Rayney and doesn't have a place on rayne_shippers and I've gone and removed all of the links. I'm not mad, just embarrassed at myself for not realizing that it didn't belong there when it's really clear that it doesn't. I'll still be continuing the story, but it'll just be posted here rather than the community.


Again, I'm really sorry.

My cousin, Greek, has a shirt that says, "I love boobies," from when he visited the Galapagos. Unfortunately, it has boobie feet on it, so you know it's talking about the birds. But the feet kind of could maybe be mistaken for breasts from a distance.

Because if you are, please, feel free to continue to post them at Copper (rayne_shippers). There are many people out there who enjoy kid fics and there really isn't any other comm where they fit, Bug and I have already decided that kid fics are more than welcome to stay.

Oh, that's good! But not to sound like a petulant child, I don't feel entirely comfortable posting them there now. Maybe if they were more Rayne focused but they're not. So I'd rather just keep them here. Thanks for not letting me think I was some erring dolt, though. :)

I apologise for hi-jacking Toxic's chain of comments to make a suggestion, but would it be worth leaving a public sticky post with on the forum somewhere so that anyone who has this kind of issue can bring it up with you and bug first,rather than directly with the writer? You can then decide what gets acted on/passed on according to what you and bug want for your community.

It seems a shame that Toxic has been made to feel uncomfortable (however reasonable she is being about it) over something that you would have happily allowed. :)

No one contacted me to take anything down, I did that on my own. Bug made a post recently that was about an email from an un-named mod voicing some concerns people had about the community, and one of those concerns was whether kidfic should be posted or not. So in the email sender's defense, they were doing just what you suggested. It's cool, don't worry. My decision not to post there anymore is my issue, not anyone else's.
